Sounds like maybe you installed a mod that changed the name of The Count's Arms on the map to the german version, probably accidentally. That sort of thing has happened to me too. One of the mods that I use changes the name of the Imperial City Marketplace to something like "Kaiserstadt Marktbezerk."
Edit: Interesting that they translated "arms" as the word for weapons. I had always assumed that in "The Count's Arms", the word "arms" meant the body part and was meant to evoke an image of sheltering.

No german mods.... All I can think of now is the Stirk mod, that allows you to travel to Stirk island. Making it needed a little Anvil-reworking (remember, the Jafan's ship, on which you travel to Stirk) plus, after I installed the Stirk mod and objects I noticed that some plants were remodelled - they look slightly different, more like the plants at Stirk.
