Right, I bought the house in Anvil - Benirus Manor.

In the basement there's an odd lookin' seal on the wall, but nothing happens when I click it. It's still marked as a 'current quest', so I'm assuming I have do something about that seal. But what?

Any clues? Please feel free to spoil ;)

I liked this quest, it's one of the few where you aren't led by your nose through it with little markers.

Try sleeping in the house.

I've got to the part where I had to go to the Imperial City and find Benirus skulking in the tavern. However, in spite of the fact that his disposition towards me is maxed out, he just won't come back with me.
How do I persuade him?

Why has not anyone mentioned that "The Count's Arms" was actually "Des Grafen Waffen" on the map, remaining "The Count's Arms" when you asked the guard about directions and in the quest description?....That confused me a bit, until I guessed that "next to the north gate" meant next place to the "Main Gate to Anvil" and "Des Grafen Waffen" was what was located exactly there....
