i found this "guide" to some cool stuff in morrowind and it told me about this talking mudcrab and where to find it but i can't seem to find him it says

My freind and i have been searching the entire described area. we can not pin point it to one island though and are having much trouble finding him. if you could describe the island in more detail i would be much ableiged

Go east from the Mzahnch ruins until you see a door labeled 'Releth Ancestral Tomb' (sp?). Face directly in front of the door (the entrance behind you), and the Talking Mudcrab Merchant is on the island after the one you see in front of you.

It is clear that it is hard to find ( it took me at least 10 min once I was near him )
In fact,it is so boring to find that a marked the place and only use recall to go there now ( since with an higth speed - 600 magnitude - levitate potion, travelling between other places without using mark/recall is not so long, I don't really miss the blocked mark )

Once you find him you might find it helpful to use Command Creature on him and move him to Vivec/where ever you live.:sly:
