It's right next to the piece of pondweed. :laff:
As for the other item the scrolls are so common such a question deserves a kick in the arse never mind a polite answer...try imperial shrines.

I was wondering is being a prick a full time vocation? Some people take their jobs seriously i guess........btw the reason I asked is because the closest town was gnisis and both the imperial shrine and temple dont have any. Thanks again asshole.:bored: :bored:

You might be better off getting someone to teach you Divine Intervention, or getting yourself an Amulet of Divine Intervention.
I think you can only find the amulet on bodies of Imperials...I can't remember who teaches the spell if you want to enchant it yourself.
Sorry...that wasn't really very helpful, was it?

You'll find insulting people in other posts will cause them to be less than helpful the next time they post.
I'm afraid you do ask some stupid questions robertik1 and you should expect stupid answers; you give over the impression you can't be arsed to do things for your self which infuriates me no end.
The divine intervention scroll question really is comical due to how numerous such items are in morrowind.
If the temple closest to where you are doesn't have a scroll get of your ass and go to the next shrine for god sake!
I ask you did you bother searching in the game and on the site before asking these two questions? I think not...
You'll find the ring question has been asked numerous times and the answer is there if you search. The scroll question is a different matter as i don't recall ever hearing someone ever ask such a ...unique... question but who knows before you look?
I'm pleasant guy for the most part and i like to help people when they have genuine questions but when someone comes on asking questions which even the newest n00b would laugh at i get annoyed.
To put it simply you know that the ring is in that tiny pond, you know you can get a scroll by going to an imperial shrine; get of your ass and do what needs to be done and stop asking us to spoon feed you the information.
Half the fun of morrowind is the search for items and the mystery of where to go and what to do - you'll enjoy the game much more if you stop relying on us SO much for the answers...
Cheers.
