Where is the Ghostgate Shrine?

I'm escorting some chick I met on the road and I've been all over both Ghostgate tower things, but no sign of a shrine. I broughte her in the temple, but nothing happened. And when I ask people about the pilgrimage they say the Shrine is nearby, but I can't find it.

Someone please help me. :(

The shrine is -inside- the ghostfence. Just a short ways in there is a path of to the right, the shrine is at the end of it.

If you can make it to the shrine in one piece it provides a substantial boost to your defensive abilities for several hours. You should have no problem getting out after that.
