It is in the canalworks which you can get to from waistworks, and there are 2 seperate parts to it, which are only available from each side of the waistworks, I don't remember which side but when you go down the right side, go down the first flight of stairs, turn right and go down the next flight of stairs, than do 2 lefts at the end, around the corner is supposed to be the bookshop, if not you are probably on the wrong side but just look around.
