He's supposedly going to translate this book I found, "Egg of Time", according to the Mage Guild leader from Ald' Ruhn. But when she tells me about Hasphat Antabolis, it's not a highlighted name, and it doesn't go in the journal.
I spent like 40 minutes looking all over Balmora, and I cannot find anybody named Hasphat Antabolis.
Does anyone know where this NPC is, or if he even exists? Or is this quest/dialogue just bugged?

PS. Egg of Time was looted from the Dwemer ruins of Muzelft, while I was looking for scarab blue prints. When I got back to ald'ruhn, only the mage guild leader woman there had the dialogue option for "Egg of Time", no one else in Balmora or Ald'Ruhn seems to have it.

Hasphat Antabolis is an NPC that is part of the Main Quest. You can easily find him at the very bottom of the Balmora Fighters' Guild in the training area. I don't think he can translate the book for you - I think there are only two people that can do it, and he's not one of them. He might give you some clues as to who to talk to.

usually, when u start a new game it takes 40 min. just 2 walk from 1 side of Balmora 2 the other. obviously u didnt look hard enough hahahaha
