I'm afraid I don't have an answer to your problem, but I'd just like to say that every time I see this thread, I misread it as 'Where is Brothel?'

HORRIBLE amounts of necromancy, but in the interests of aiding anyone who searches for this topic, I am informed that uninstalling the Orrery mod should cause Bothiel to reappear in the main lobby within 24 hours. After that you can reinstall the Orrery mod to continue that quest.
And no, I still haven't found the brothel yet.
