I've been stuck through this whole game trying to Repair the Orrery and Necromancing the Moon because I can't find Bothiel.:mad: The book said that she would be in the lobby when I was given this quest by Raminus but she wasn't. I can't get into the Orrey which is where the pointer tells me to go. Does anyone know where this person is? or what to do? I've completed the Main Quests, The Thieves Guild, The Dark Brotherhood and the Fighter's Guild but I can't get past this one part in the Mages Guild because I can't find this person. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you mean Necromancer's Moon, doesn't Bothiel flit between the lobby and the Council Chambers (plus, presumably, wherever it she that she sleeps)? Have you tried waiting in the lobby until the 9am-5pm period?

I've waited in the lobby, looked throughout all the buildings in the Arcane University and I even went up into the council chambers but I can't find her...it's like she disappeared or something...it's irritating...

Are you on a PC? If so you could use the console to spawn a new copy of her.

No, I'm on the 360 and it's frustrating because I can't get to any of the other Mages Guild quests until i find her and complete this one

To the Orrery which needs a key to enter...it always points there...it's like she's locked inside or something

Oh dear. The orrery is only unlocked by buying the downloadable mission from Xbox Live. Does the quest marker indicate the same position when you activate Necromancer's Moon as the Active Quest?
And more importantly, do you have a save from before you started the Orrery quest?

yes it's points to the orrery for both missions...the necromancer and repairing the orrery...and no i don't have a save from before i got the quests and I already downloaded the orrery from Xbox live which is how i got the repairing the orrery mission...
