for what quest/purpose do you need to find her? the name sounds strikingly familiar, but w/o the editor i can't remeber all of the npc's in the game:D ....
if she is supposed to be in town X and the door to her house is locked, that would in general mean that she is roaming the streets somewhere in that town.....

its for the redoran quest where u need to find wives. She is supposed to be somewhere in ald ruhn

If you have a bit of money to burn go visit the slave market in Tel Aruhn (2000 septims total cost iirc).
You could also try asking around in the House of Earthly Delights in Suran.
And finally if you're a member of the Twin Lamps you can try asking them.

As to where she's at, she's wandering around outside on Ald'Ruhn's center path. If memory serves, she's down one flight of stairs from Skar, the crabshell.
