I'm constructing the meteor sword, and I've found the chunk of mithril which had to be teleported from the depths of the mines, but I can't find the second chunk needed. Any help?

Anyways, i found both chunks of metal...mined them both. But unfortunanlty it would be impossible to tell you exactly where, like most things in this game, its mosly by chance.
When do you get to start construction of the "ultimate weapon"? One time I got bored and offed all the Snake ladies on another save...one of them had a Book on her describing it.

You get the quest late in the game, after the Shield of Ancients quest. The chunk I'm looking for is mithril, not metal.
