The Ald Skar inn, in the small room under the pub. (note: not the big room down under the pub, the small one that's accessible via one single flight of stairs on the right side of the pub's platform)

Note that the game sometimes bugs, and Hassour has vanished.
So if you're sure he's not in th inn go in his room ( the one with the books ) to place him more or less where he should be add type in the console ( activated by the ~/² key ( depending of your country : in all the case it is the key below escape ;) ) :
PlaceAtPC "hassour zainsubani",1,20,1

Good point, I hadn't considered that he might've fallen thru; an easier way to reset his position, btw, is just RA ;)

oops it's true I forgot: of cours try to type RA in the console before.
But for me I had to place him back since he wasn't where he should at all ( in fact I thougth it was the case for almost everybody from what I had seen in some forums ;) )
