To prevent my sig from looking too big I wrapped it in size=1 tags, but now size 1 is no longer small!
This is size 1

Perhaps you have set a minimal font size in your browser.

I believe it is likely he is using IE and is running with a text size of "Larger".
Unfortunately, IE is unable to resize fonts sized in pixels, but the [size] tags use the old <font size=X> for some odd reason. I'll have to fix that.
Anyway, that means that setting a text size of anything other than "Medium" would results in only the font wrapped in [size] tags to change.
I'm looking at changing all the fonts on the forums to ems anyway, to that a) they can be resized by IE and b) they maintain a readable and sensible size across different resolutions.

Grrr.
When visting Google I noticed the text size was bigger than normal. IE had indeed set it to 'Larger' (1 up from Medium).
And it was definately IE because I never change the size and no-one else who uses this computer would know how to :erg:
If it was going to occasionally change the text size, you'd think it would revert to the default, and that the default would be Medium because Medium is the middle option
Thanks anyway :)
