I'm only at lie level 12 or so and I'm fighting with a onehanded longsword with 20 as maximumdamage. I haven't seen any better onehanded longswords anywhere. So I wonder if I can buy one somewher. Or perhaps kill someone and take his. Any help will be appreciated.

If you have some sneak hop to GhostGate and in the other tower you can get glasswords with enchantments.

Either
Ransack a shrine or two, one of the baddies usually has Daedric weaponary.
or
Find and kill a Golden saint, they quite often have glass swords.

theres a guy by suran that says he cant be beat he has an umbra sword and i can kill an vivic ordinator with indiol armor almost the best you can get with only 6 hits. hes in the mountains.hes really hard thought.

Shouldn't you have had the fiend katana since lvl 1? Let's face it, you really don't need a better weapon that that since all the mobs are so easy and you can drink health potions during fights which basically gives you unlimited hp.

Umbra is very easy. I killed him without getting hit. Just do the following:
[SPOILER]Make sure you can levitate for a long time, and that you are pretty good with a bow.
Talk to him until he says he will fight you to die in honor.
Now cast levitate (or cast levitate b4 you talk to Umbra) and get yourself up in the air. Choose your bow as weapon and start kill him.
You can also levitate to the rocks behind him and land on a big one, so Umbra can't reach you.
This trick also works with a pike/spear. Just levitate above his head so he can't reach you and stab him to death.[/SPOILER]
