People tend to think on a 2-D plane; most don't look up under ordinary circumstances. Additionally, that side-ramp is pretty easy to miss in the pitch black darkness in there.

I missed it as well, I cleared out the ENTIRE ruin, 100%.. took me ages (and many reloads) because I was *very* low level at the time as well... and finally had to look here for the answer.
I said some bad words. A *lot* of bad words. I couldn't believe it was RIGHT THERE the whole time.
Argh.
