I believe in Vivec outside at the temple on one of the tribunal statue thingys I saw some coda flowers as an offering...several of them, no idea where they grow on their own though...I guess you could steal one of the offerings =P

I'm a dope for falling for her....hehe, at first couldn't picture it but she is sooo giving......more forgiving than any other character in the game.
I love Ahnassi! hehe I think I advanced as far as I can with Ahnassi......wish I can get further....

Coda flowers (if they're the ones I'm thinking of) grow in the bogs around Seyda Neen. Kinda like tall glowy spikes on stalks.
If those aren't the ones, then nevermind. :P

Yep, they pretty much grow in the swamps. I'm assuming just about any swawp, but I've found them around Hla Oad and Seyda Neen. They're easy to spot: big glowing flowers surrounded by smaller, non-glowing flowers and mushrooms.
