I'm looking for cinia urtias (the medium armor "secret master"), but he's not where he's supposed to be. ANyone know the console code to place him?

If you're using the Morrowind Prophecies strategy guide, I think it's wrong. Cinia Urtius doesn't offer training (I used the placeatpc command.) I've met the secret master of Medium Armor before... anyone know who it is?

in the original version of morrowind there is no medium armour trainer, this is a bug since the guy doesn't appear at Tel Fyr docks
I dunno about Tribunal since I've never played it but ya will have to use the drain skill trick and before ya say it, it's not a glitch or a cheat
buy the scourge blade spell from the master of illusion at Dirty Muriel's club in Sadrith mora and make the spell
drain <any skill here> 100pts on self for 2 secs
now find anyone that offers trainin for that skill(they don't have to be a master trainer) cast the spell and quickly talk to them, ask for trainin and when ya have trained it will say
<skill name> has gone up to 0
when the spell wears off the skill will have gone up to 1, the trainin costs 1gp everytime ya cast and train, this is time consumin but very effective

no but will max to 100, then if ya got the fortify skill spell ya can make ya own enchanted items which pushes it over 100 or use already made ones which will only add 5 or 10
