i need to be able to pickpocket easier witout being caught by the guy im pickpocketing n i wanna kno how to upgrade my sneak skill....if that helps. i also wanna kno where i can upgrade my alteration skill......thanx ;)

alteration,mysticism, and illusion are easily done in your own home assuming you have one.. just buy a cheap spell from each school that affects you and cast it over and over, and for pick pocketing, I think you really mean sneak and for this either find a trainer or just run around always in sneak, shouldnt take too long to get to a decent level
And im sure if you found this foroum you can find the entry that gives you the list of all the trainers, some adive tho, only train a skill after raising your blade skill 10 points so that when you get to higher levels you have some defence when your magicka runs out... the arean helps here

just break into sum house and find a person who is sleeping and sneak into a wall near the bed, the closer the better

A less boring way to increase Sneak: Find one of the guards that patrols the roads and follow him around in sneak mode. Not only will your Sneak skill increase, but occasionally the guard will kill a creature or a bandit and you can loot the body. Plus you get to look at the pretty outdoor graphics.

Which trainers? Given that there are about 105 trainers (five for each skill), it would not be fun to list them all.
