I currently sit on a load of stuff which value range from 4000 to 20000 and no vendor i have visited seem to have more then say 2000 gold. So are there any vendors with a bit more cash or can someone give me directions to a vendor which sells expensive equipment? BTW does anyone know where i can find that damn Mallapi place?

There is a scamp named Creeper in Caldera, near the Manor, that has 5k gold. That is the highest I have found to date.

Soul trapping can become very profitable if you know Creeper. ;)

I bought a high value soul gem from an enchanter, then sold them all my high value weaponry and armor, worked pretty well.

Creeper is the best I've found, not just because he has so much gold but because he pays 100% of the value for anything he'll buy - he's kind of a 'secret' I suppose. You'll never sell to anyone else when you find him ;) I've made 160K off him to date. Does anyone know of a better fence than Creeper?
BTW if you're patient, dedicated and above all very anally retentive, you can sell very high value items to Creeper and get the full value. E.g. I sold him the 60K soul gem from the mage's guild in Balmora. Basically you get it off him in installments. Sell him the item and take all his gold plus items up to the value of the one you're selling (have to make sure he has enough high value items first). Then you sell the items back to him to get 5K a day off him.

That's VERY useful to know. Thanks for the tip. I'll have to track down this fence the next time I play.
Looks like I need to move my stashing spot to somewhere in Cadera, too. Any suggestions?

I use upstairs in the inn next door, but the quickest way is just to stand in front of Creeper and do a 24 hour wait. The world seems pretty static and nothing seems to change except when you do quests on the main plot.

there are an armorer in ebonheart (in the garrison) with 2500,
the champion of the vivec figther's guild with 4000
the armorer of the tower of dusk in ghost gate (which sell glass armor) with 4000
all the figther's guild armorer have at least 2000
the really good way to sell very high value items (for example an item with value of 200 000) when you already have some funds, at least 20 000 is to go to an enchanter, sell an object (to change the money of the vendor), enchant your object with big spell, then the sell your high value stuffs to the enchanter which have now his funds plus the money you give to him.
