Yeah reading the readme might have helped with the com port error...
Also there is a reference card (PDF) for keyboard commands included. Quite visible in the main folder.

Any tips on getting this to work with Vista? It worked perfectly for windows XP.

It won't work on Vista by itself, sorry. You will have to use DOSBox for that.

Snagged it too, thanks, but does anyone have any tips to make the mouse slower? The crosshairs (in game) tend to whip out of sight if not careful, and never reappear.
