If you have a decent Alchemy Skill (which is soooo important!!!) you can just use a bit of trama root and some racer plumes. Voila. Levitate potion.
On the subject of Alchemy, I've got an Alchemy skill of 71. The potions that I make now are on the order of:
Restore Endurance: 37 points for 107 seconds.
I can run forever and not get tired. Get Alchemy as a major skill. Very helpful.
