husker, you'll have to be more specific, there are loads of smuggler's hideouts on Vvardenfell.

If you're referring to the one near Sedya Neen, which is (IIRC) the most-mentioned Smuggler's Cave, it's southeast of the Silt Strider. If you're talking about the one north of Maar Gan, it's almost due north of town. Cross the rock-arch-bridge going from west to east and you'll be right near it. (This is all from memory, and I apologize in advance if it's not entirely accurate :) )
