Where can i find large amounts of raw glass? or if you know where a glass helm is that would work too. thanks,

Are you trying to make your own potions with raw glass as a reagent, or are you trying to have someone (like the smith in Godsreach) make you a suit of glass armor? If it's the former, you can find large supplies of raw glass in various glass mines dotted around the world. The one that comes to mind the quickest is the Dissapla Mine, which is (
http://www.uesp.net/morrow/quest/mw_fighters.shtml#dissaplamine) featured in a Fighters Guild quest. But you'd better have a pretty good Sneak rating to steal the glass in the mines.
If it's the latter, you're be much better off simply finding the armor yourself. There's about 15-20 suits of glass armor lying around in the game. The easiest one to find is in the Basement, Temple of Dusk, Ghostgate. There's a smith there who always has almost a full set, including a helm. Either steal it, if your Sneak rating is high enough, or Taunt him into attacking you, if your Speechcraft is high enough, or kill him outright, pay the fine, then pick up the armor.

i forgot were raw glass is but the glass helm is were Zaphod told you,i'd always either kill him or run with the armor and drop the items on the ground and talk to the guards,pay the fine then there! Its scary when ur walking along and a guard runs up to you.
