anyone know where i can get large quantities of raw glass? I need like forty bits to get my custom made glass armor from the craftsman in Mournhol :erg:

Try stealing it from a mine or five (and improve sneak and illusion skills as you do so). Also, it sometimes turns up in crates and barrels in dungeons.

Ghostgate mines contain loads - I mean LOADS of the stuff. Just have teleport handy and a means to get by the corprus agents. Really, if I was starting the game over and wanted to make some money quick, the mines of Ghostgate is the first place I'd go. Good luck

Yeah, I got most of my glass from a mine in there, straight up the trail from ghostgate and there's a door to a mine on your right at the first intersection.
I have to say though, I found the "custom" armor really dissapointing, it's not any better or even look any different from the glass armor that I have found before, aside from perhaps being convienent for people who are having trouble finding some glass armor I really don't see the point of it.:nono:

Assuming you're playing a char who is willing to help himself to certain items (and if you're stealing from mines as the other option...)

I was looking for raw glass, otherwise yeah, my woodelf thief had already paid him a visit much earlier in the game. That was the first time I had really seen glass armor too, needless to say I was a happy thief that day. :cheeky:
I was going to have some armor made in Mournhold because at the time I was under the impression that this
custom armor would be different.

I made some custom adamantium helms... only found 1 helm in mournhold in the DB base somewhere... I would have made a whole set, but I look weird when I wear full addy. I wish the ore wasn't so heavy though... :erg:

This is probably a week too late, but try Massama cavern if you don't want to tread inside the Ghostfence.
From a hazy memory, Massama is pretty much on the direct route between Zainab and Erabanisum Camps. (I'm certain of the name, but not on the position.)
Only NPCs inside were Blighted Rats, and I waltzed out with over 90 pieces of glass.
