Last try I had to kill 2 NPC and Gunter(makes me feel bad every time) and Simons, I want to try a completely non-lethal game.

Killphrases are non-lethal in your world? :weird:
Simons doesn't have one, anyway. Just avoid/tranquilise them.

Whether you can get Gunther's killphrase depends on your actions earlier in the game. Specifically, your choice in the conversation with Jaime Reyes when you leave UNATCO HQ for the last time. If you ask him to come with you, he'll meet up with you in Tong's Lab in HK, and give you an Aug Upgrade. But if you tell him to stay at UNATCO, you meet up with him much later in Paris, and he tells you Gunther's killphrase. You can't do both. You're choice.
Also, strictly speaking, you don't actually have to fight Gunther or Simons. It just gives a bit more story closure, I suppose.

correct me if i'm wrong cause it's been a while since i played it but it should be possible to do both.
i know i met jaime in hongkong with that upgrade and i get the killphrases. i think i must've got the killphrases off some comp then - hacked pretty much into anything while playing :P

You can get Anna Navarre's killphrase from computers, but not Hermann's. The option is there, but greyed out, and selected it brings a "Function Not Installed - Awaiting Installation" message. AFAIK (Feel free to correct me if you have other information) the only way to obtain Gunther's killphrase is via Jaime in Paris - not stored on any computers. And I have played the game both ways, and verified that if you ask Jaime to come to HK, he does not show in Paris.

navarre's killphrase was in the hq somewhere pretty close to the beginning? i think it was in some other comp too, in a mission somewhere.
can't be 100% sure though :)
