I have one now and i accidentally messed up the enchanting and i can't find one anywhere without having to steal. then after i steal it i'm kicked out of the faction where can i find one without getting in trouble for taking it.

Do you have the latest addition of the Adventurer's Plugin installed?
If you do they will spawn on Daedra Lords randomly.

Or you could just get better at stealing things. If you have a decent illusion skill, go buy a chameleon spell, then make one using the chameleon effect that lasts 5 seconds, but is 100% effective. Perfect for plucking something off a shelf.

Wow, someone with a problem finding ebony long swords. Me and my friend have a running joke that they are the most common item in the game, everyone seems to have them.

I think you should forget the Ebony Longsword.
[SPOILER]Just break in to Telvanni Vault in Vivec, there is always a Daedric Claymore and sometimes even a Daedric Dai-Katana. Breaking there is easy just taunt one of the guards (near two locked doors) so that he will attack you, then after you have killed him take the key to the vault.[/SPOILER]
Did that on level 13.
