I know i just got this thing about the daedric ruins so i didnt want to get one that way because they freak me out

In that link, WingedKagouti does say where you can get one that doesn't involve the Daedric ruins I mentioned, y'know ;)

there's another way to get one................... you could always make an enchanted item with a constant effect bound longbow.................. that's what i did with my witchhunter.............. not only does it not wiegh anything, but all i have to do to repair it is unequip and then equip the item that it is connected to thru enchantment and i have a brand new, never been used daedric longbow................. i can even do it in the middle of a fight........................

Yes BUT you can't then enchant the bow and the ring takes up one of your enchantment 'spots' (one amulet, two rings).
