Can anyone tell me where to find a:
1.Glass Tower Sheild (I currently have a Normal Glass Sheild)
2.A Good Dagger or Short Sword (I currently have a Glass Dagger)
3.A Good Bow (I currently have the Bonemold Longbow)

1) Look around the forums; lots of people have asked about glass armor.
2) There's always 'Goldbrand', a single-handed shortblade (I think it's shortblade, at any rate; anyone know different?). Go to the Daedric ruin Ashurnibibi (on an island near Hla Oad, IIRC) and swim west until you find a shrine in the water. 'Activate' the statue, and the rest is simple.
3) There's two choices for the bow... a plain daedric bow (a few suggestions (
http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=53007) here), or enchant something (can't be a weapon, I hear) w/ a constant-effect 'bound bow' spell. The latter seems to be the currently favoured option, as you get a weightless bow w/ a +10 Marksman skill bonus.

There's a glass tower shield in the Hlaalo vaults in Vivec. Just taunt the civilian guy in the vault room to get the first key, then taunt the guard inside the door to get the second. (btw, there is also a ton of other stuff worth stealing from here).

Whoops, looks like Goldbrand is a long blade. One dagger that I used to like rather alot w/ my shortblade-only char was the "Fang of Haynekhtnamet". It may be a bit tough to get though; it's in the heart of a 6th House cave named Mamaea. Mamaea's in between Berandas (the fort) and the Daedric shrine to its east, just a little west of the shrine and among some boulders.
Edit: Careful in there btw, there's a non-agg NPC whom you definitely don't want to kill; lead him out, instead.

Where would that be near what town or location on the map ? never been to that fort i do quests i dont explore dungeons or mines unless i know of something in there

The fort in question is just SE of Gnisis.
