Okay, I just have to shout this out the window: I like court intrigue. I like the medieval back stabbing and front slashing. I was in the "Society for Creative Anachronism" when it was just a bunch of idiots with buckets on thier heads beating each other. Okay. One could safely assume it still is. Still. I do so like it ever so much better when it is less "look at woeful me" and more "look at those brave men down there... let's go kill them." Just saying.

I've learnt to bake recently, my first effort was (http://homepage.ntlworld.com/gregg.johnson2/cake.JPG) this. They've gotten neater since then :) I've also made a couple pies and a fruitcake.
