That's not how it works. First you buy any hopeless penny stock. Then you buy login data for a hacked account or two. They're cheap, come in at $5, because you can't draw the money from it right away.
Then you log into your hacked account and start buying the same penny stock you bought for yourself before, this time in huge quantities. Soon the price rises and you can sell your own penny stocks now for a much better price.
If you're a bit greedy, you can sell others insider tips which stocks you're working on after you had your fun and cash in a second time.
