I think the very first thing that grabbed me when I played the Deus Ex demo was the music. It got me hooked and I've stayed hooked ever since. So, I was just curious, which area of the game has the best music, in your opinion? I know I can't pick just one, so I'll share 5 locations which, in my opinion, anyways, have the best music:
1. DuClare mansion
2. Secret MJ12 facility (first plays during the escape)
3. Liberty Island death music
4. Area 51 Part I
5. Paris, the Cathedral mission
So, let's hear your list! :D

I only bought DX a week ago. Needless to say, my SS2 speedrun has suffered as a result! Anyway, the Oceanlab & Hell's Kitchen music are my favourite, and I like the UNATCO music too.

Gotta be Area 51 part 1. Second choice would be the Hell's Kitchen bar music.
But it's all good. I'd have an easier time picking out the one or two tracks I didn't like.

Like Zylonbane, I find pretty much all of the soundtrack enjoyable.
The best thing I could say about the soundtrack is that I find that each track does very well in capturing (or defining) the ambience of the level. Nothing sounds off or out-of-place in this game, music-wise (although other people have claimed otherwise)
I suppose I particularly like the theme-songs, such as the endgame music (particularly the New Dark Age ending) The Dance Mix is also worth a listen.
If I had to pick one thing, it would be the Title Theme. If you haven't yet, check out the (

Beautiful.

I think the title theme is my favourite, though I like most of them a lot. I especially like how there's music for when you die, different for every location :thumb:

Hong Kong & DuClare Manor

I think Enemy Within is great, atleast ingame. The Unatco theme is nice as well. Not to forget The main theme and Intro. At the end of the game: Begin the end does a great job as well.
To be exact, the whole soundtrack rules. The best game soundtrack ever. :)

 Maybe it would've been easier to point out tunes that weren't so great, seems I'm not the only one who loves virtually all the music in game.
I loved the way the music changes depending in the situation, but when it's a bit buggered up, it gets annoying as hell. I'm not sure if this was supposed to happen or not, but in Hong Kong, when I was getting the virus schematics from the computer not far from the Universal Constructor, the regular 'all's well' music would constantly be interrupted by the 'you're being attacked' music.
The first time I was there I was freaking out because I had no idea where the enemy was, but now, I'm virtually positive that there's no enemies anywhere in that area aside from the MJ12 commando and the scientist who trips the alarm if she gets excited. And two docile robots, which can't see me when I'm on the catwalks in the room with the UC :weird:
