Erm... i'll help you out as long as you promise not to have a go at me for doing so... (personal joke).
First of all the Helm of Oreyn Bearclaw looks like an enchated nordic trolll bone helm (an unenchanted version can be found in the wood elf armourers in balmora).
The helm is heavy armour and has constant effect fortify endurance and agility by 40pts each.
Briefly this is what you need to do -
First, visit the Assurdiarpal Shrine located on the eastern coast of an island far west of Dagon Fel (location here). In the Shrine, find the statue of Malacath and talk to it. Do his quest. Go to the town of Vivec, ask any local about Oreyn Bearclaw, and you'll know who to kill. Return to the statue of Malacath for the Helm.
Hope this helps :)

That's a nice enchantment Motorheadbanger can i ask how you've found it (in terms of effectiveness etc) since making it?

Level 29 Dunmer
Full Glass Armour (With the Tower Shield not the sucky normal shield)
Daedric Wakizashi (To be enchanted later with poison and maybe fire)
Daedric Katana (Not using at the moment, will also enchant this later)
Amulet of Shadows
Ring of Surroundings
Ring of Wind (Very nice since it takes my agility up to 130 :D)
Lots of Lockpicks and Probes (mainly master level or above)
It suits my custom made class of assassin/mage/thief mix very well.

Creeping Death? Oh, it's alright. The Daedric Axe kills most things with 2 swipes, but it stomped the snot out of Dagoth Ur for me. Only problem is that with an enchantment that big, it only has 6 or 8 charges.
I just wanted to see what it would be like. It was actually a waste of cash to put more power on something that powerful, but it was a fun waste of cash.

I have put of the main quest so i haven't met Dagoth UR but i've heard that he has 100% constant effect 'reflect'... is this true? It can't be if your axe was so effective but i just thought i'd ask.
I've also heard rumours that the 'Absorb health' spell can't be reflected - is this true?

True... but it feels good having a weapon that powerful doesn't it? I suppose it's not unreasonable to have a back up axe to take out minor irratations - that's where the bound battle axe spell comes into it's own in my opinion. :)

LOL you can never have to much power ;)
I've heard someone created an uber weapon like this killed Dagoth Ur and Vivec and then placed it in ('on' more like) the hands of Azura's staue - it's last act was the death of two gods.
I liked that idea but I'd miss looking at the thing so i'd probably build a shrine for it out of skulls and candels in my stronghold...
I've been playing this game for too long [he says shaking his head]. ;) :D

Using those weapons is very frustrating (high charge cost)... The Daedric Crescent marks as my #1 pet peeve: Running out of charges on Rats and Cliff Racers when searching for some dungeon. 6-10 hits (can't recall) and its empty.
My current sword, ELTONBRAND (w00t!) has 500 charges, and wastes 5 charges a hit casting Fire 30dmg, and fortify attack 30 :ebil:
Since the X-Box has no button for quick weapon switch, and I risk crashing every time I enter my menu after not doing so for a while (gg Bethesda testing), I never get the chance to change weapons.
