The Horn of Quintus is my current tone of choice, although I've used the Half-Life 2 Hazard Suit theme in the past as well. Neither of which is worth a damn when you're driving with the window down and the tunes up, but nobody interesting ever calls me anyway.

Here's a shock for you all, I don't have a mobile phone or blackberry or any other mobile computing device except my mp3 player. However if I did have one I would use the James Bond theme music.

I've got Johnny Cash - Ring of Fire. The Mariachi brass is a great attention getter, and people always get a kick out of when my phone rings. I'm thinking of rising.WAV from the snd.crf of Thief though. Kinda sparked my interest when someone mentioned the Horn of Quintus. Christ, I'd never hear that damn ringer going off.

American cell-phones are neutered and we don't have that stuff:(
Course, I don't have a cell phone, though college is kind of forcing me to get one and support the incredibly evil American cell phone industry. sigh.
