I was just thinking about this lately, while thumbing through the latest encyclopaedia of archaeology. This usage is aeons old though; it's been part and parcel of our language since before the days of Caesar. Personally, I find it far more aesthetically pleasing, but then I think American English is generally a sack of faeces anyway.

When you have people who are adults, but mentally disabled it seems wrong to let people have sex with them, as they clearly aren't able to consent properly.
But then it also seems wrong to essentially deny them from legally having sex for their entire lives due to their disability.
What do others think about this?

I agree with those who declare a destinction between fantasy and action. The disease is the inabillity to control ones fantasies.
But I also say that even if one child gets molested and you download the movie or look at pictures of it or even download it from emule to boost your share ratio you become accesory to something that has broken one childs life. And thus become part of the problem.
Everyone seems to consetrate on the abuser. What about the child? Can any of you immagine how it feels to grow up with this shame and feeling that you can never tell anyone... If one child can be saved, the must be stopped.
About this boy who undressed when men paid him... People grow their children to be obedient and being 13 and in safety of his home, a young man hasnt got enough experience in life to say no. The blame falls solely on those making the request. Thats why we have sexual interaction laws. Being physicaly ready has nothing to do with being emotionaly ready....
