What's the highest level anyone's ever gotten?

I've done some searching and while I found a lot of info about leveling up, I haven't found any postings or info on max levels.

My character's major, minor and almost all misc. skills are now at 100. All my attributes are at 100. (Well luck is at 89). My level is 74 and I'm guessing that will nolonger continue to increase.

So, my question is, what's the highest level anyone's ever gotten to?

With an unedited MW the level is infinite depending on how much money you have. You can go to jail or use the sword of lower armor skills. You then retrain them and get exp like normal.

I got to level 102 before I decided 1k hp was enuff... But I could've gone infinitly as far as I know.
