for some reason i dont have my levitate scrolls for when i dont go to tel fyr. i dont know how they got lost but i am so pissed. people only sell the spell version which i cant use and my disease is getting worse, what do i do?

Buy the levitate-spell, go to an enchanter and enchant an amulett (or something) with constant effect levitate 10 on self, it's quite useful sometimes.

Actually, Denti's right here, cyclaud; you have to know the spell to be able to get things enchanted, but you don't have to be able to actually cast it. Just buy the spell, then talk to an enchanter and put the spell you just bought into "an amulet (or something)". Then you can cast it from the item without affecting your magicka or being dependent upon your own skills (I think that latter bit is right).
Of course, the simplest solution is to just swim it like belboz said.

Well, I believe it does depend on your enchant skill, or is supposed to depend on it. Anyway, why not just buy some rising force potions instead? They're far cheaper and pretty easy to find....

They make you levitate. You can buy them from most alchemists, or you can make some yourself. I believe the ingredients are stoneflowers (blue cup-like looking flowers) and cliff racer.. err... parts (forgot what they're called).

The quickest way to get there is:
1. Buy Potion of Rising Force.
2. Go to Vivec.
3. Offer the Potion of Rising Force at the "moon" temple/shrine.
4. Fly to Vivec Mage's Guild.
5. Pay for teleportation services to Sadrith Mora.
6. Fly all the way to Tel Fyr.
