Nope. All bonuses you recieve are permanent. Almost all your attributes lose points though, so you'll end up spending a lot on Restore potions.
I thought the restore potions weren't working at first, but your attributes can go below 0! They just don't show negative numbers. So if your INT is at 0 and you use a restore potion, and it's still at 0, then you may have gone from like -50 to -25. It had me worried for a second... I thought it was permanent ^.^
