Are you on XBOX or PC? If the latter, some recommended MODs you can download to liven up your Adamantium-wearing character are:
* (
http://www.bethsoft.com/downloads/plugins/ebartifact.zip) Helm of Tohan (official Bethesda plug-in):
"The Adamantium Helm of Tohan is a rare and powerful artifact lost in the Sheogorad Region. Travel north to Dagon Fel to find out more about this legendary helm." To be honest, I found a generic Adamantium Helm in a cave as I was embarked in the first Tribunal quest (
Dark Brotherhood Attacks) in the Mournhold sewers that had the same exact appearance and armor rating as the Adamantium Helm of Tohan, so you don't
need this plug-in. But you can find this helm without leaving Vvardenfell, and in any case I find it's cooler for my character to be wearing this famed artifact.
* Disappointed because there are no Adamantium shields to match the rest of your armor? No more!
"A shipment of rare Adamantium shields has finally arrived in Vvardenfell. Find them for sale at smiths in Balmora, Ald-ruhn, Caldera, and Sadrith Mora. As you would expect their quality falls between Orcish and Indoril shields, while being somewhat more expensive. Good enchantment potential." And on top of that, they come in two flavours to choose: (
http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=1771) Round Shields and (
http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=1770) Towershields.
* If you like the appearance of the Adamantium armor, but wish it had better armor rating, or maybe you'd like a little more colour variation, then you can try the (
http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=1) Adamantium Gold Armor and (
http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/modules.php?op=modload&name=Downloads&file=index&req=viewdownloaddetails&lid=2) Adamantium Black Armor. You can check some pictures and information (
http://www.elricm.com/Adamantium/Adamantium.htm) here. Notice that these gold and black variations, although share the appearance of the 'normal' Adamantium armor, have an slightly better armor rating and are identified as HEAVY class armor, so maybe you'll prefer to wait and train your heavy armor skill before trying those mods.
