By spell effects I mean constant spell effects. These come naturally with species/signs as well as with constant effect items. This doesn't apply to items/spells that only does it for a set amount of time! To avoid spoilers I haven't added where I got my effects from.
Resist Frost - 110%
Resist Shock - 100%
Resist Paralysis - 25%
Resist Common/Blight/Corprus Disease - 100%
Resist Poisoin - 25%
Fortify Attribute:
Strength - 75 pts.
Agility - 60 pts.
Speed - 200 pts.
Agility - 40 pts.
Endurance - 40 pts.
Intelligence - 25 pts.
Resist Magicka - 40%
Resist Fire - 105%
Shield - 50 pts.
Resist Normal Weapons - 25%
Restore Health - 1 pt.
Spell Absorption - 25 pts.
That's all... I've tried to get the best things I can to have a good immunity to everything. I think I've succeeded pretty well. What I have would probably be ideal for a person into magic. I'm just a warrior.

I can't remember what I had, but when I toyed around with stuff I found out that the most over powering effects were that mirror shield thing, reflect or something, and health regen.
Health regen because of the way MW calculates 'seconds'.
Essentially, if a ring should give you 1 health a second, it turns out that in real time, in 10 seconds you'd get more like 30-40 health instead of 10.
With all my health regen stuff(whatever the max is, hell if I know) I don't think 10 of me beating on me could've killed me. I think I had well over 1k health, and could regen that in seconds.

Its not a constant effect, but I have a ring which gives me:
100 points Enchant, 10 seconds
100 points jump, 1 second
10 points slowfall, 6 seconds
(or some slightly different times)
It means it costs about 60 charge to start with, then only 1 charge for each successive jump as you have such a high enchant skill. Makes traveling around morrowind fun and quick! Whheeeeeee! You can jump from vivec foreign quarter roof to the temple in a single bound!
