There is no shame in a fear of being swallowed by a big metal vagina.
Did they find anything in your head?

Nothing useful.

I find it very hard to ever really be scared. I remember camping when I was a kid, and people would tell scary stories in the dark and freak out and it never even phased me... And I would usually be the one telling the stories that scared the hell out of everyone else.
A lot of the things some of you guys mentioned actually give me a kind of high ... like that feeling of the depth of the ocean; the first time I actually lived on the ocean I remember looking out on it and getting the calmest feeling from exactly the immensity. (I used to spend hours just floating in my pool growing up, though.) Or an old abandoned building or house, I'd actually run inside to feed off the darkness. I still get a compelling feeling, but it's not fear.
IIRC, there was one moment when I was in an airplane at cruising altitude, and it occurred to me that the only thing separating me from a 30,000' fall into the screaming frigid winds over the arctic seas were a few inches of aluminum, and I could almost feel the rushing wind a few inches under my feet, and there was a pang of "o shi..." But then I pictured the plane as floating on the wind and any fear just disappeared.

MRIs can be pretty scary. The last time I took one the tech said the ones who freak out the most are the grizzled old war vets. The constant pounding and ratatatat triggers flashbacks.
I usually just fall asleep.

As long as you don't creep around in the dark with a hatchet then we are cool. I'm the only one I trust in the dark with a hatchet creeping around and staring in windows because I hardly ever kill anyone. Besides all these things we fear are safe diversion fears to throw our minds off the track of what is really scarey like IS IT A NON USEFUL TUMOR YOU DIVERTING DICKHEAD. I guess not or you wouldn't string me along but at least say it outloud and not just to the annoying voices that won't let you sleep.
I could sneak up behind you in the dark and take a look at what's in there myself if you want.

I'd be scared that "they" are recording all of this... just in case "they" ever want to ask us a few questions.

I hope "they" know I am terrified of marshmallows and ducks. And doubly so of feeding one to the other.

This is kind of corny, but watching the Zapruder Film and seeing those instances that suggest that the thing is edited from its original form, gives me goosebumps and a disconcerting feeling that can last for days. For whatever reason, it has more of an effect on me than even those horror shorts posted ITT.
