These issues are "heavily weighted" because they're literally life or death for some people, and it's a means for those people to be controlled by bad folk. It's easy to take a privileged perspective that it's all just ideological bickering, but the truth is, when the media talks about the "culture war" they don't really mention the fact that it is, in fact, war, and those who would destroy and control us will do so by any means necessary, which means we need to respond in kind.

Coach will just fly their girls to states that do allow abortions. The well off will always take care of their own. The boys will have nothing to worry about. The shame is that they will never think of the women and what is best for them. Not even with their lives on the line.
My state has the highest teen pregnancy in the nation. What happens when it's their daughters? I guess we will see if their minds change then. Maybe not. They sure can ignore that abstinence only doesn't work.
