In at least Ald'ruhn if not one or two other cities no one will teleport me, let be buy things, or train me. Instead they keep giving me the message that I have the mark of Zenither and that they couldn't associate with me till I finished my duties.
So can anyone tell me who or what Zenither is and what my duties might be?
im using computer version of morrowind (no tribunal or bloodmoon)

Zenithar is one of the Nine Divinities worshipped by the Imperials. I assume it's a Temple quest that you have to finish before the 'mark' is removed. Check your journal.

Perhaps a temple quest, but since you are in Ald'ruhn I'm guessing that you 'agreed' to deliver some shirts for a well-dress Argonian you met along the Caldera-Ald'ruhn road and didn't take the obligation seriously. Check your journal to confirm this. If it is so, you are in luck (if you didn't dump the shirts), the merchant you are to deliver the goods is in Ald'ruhn. Once you complete your delivery, your oath to Zenithar (God of Works and, well... avarice) will be lifted and others will resume doing business with you.

If not, you need 5 exquisite shirts. I'm sure any will do if you managed to lose the original 5

Sounds easy enough, Ryushi, but since he still bears the mark of Zenithar, EagleEye won't be able to purchase the shirts (but could steal them :sly: ).
