It's in the big Daedric ruin with the blocked doorway, just NE of Wolverine Hall.
BUT...
[SPOILER]you have to find Omaren Ancestral Tomb (IIRC) nearby- that's how you get into the shrine. Make sure you can levitate! Also, I think that there is a cool Daedric helm in the same place, on a high ledge somewhere [/SPOILER]

I'm very fond of Chrysamere, as it brings back Daggerfall memories. However, I handed it over to whatshisface in Ebonheart Castle for the greater good of the Imperial Legion, and now I miss it :(
Other than that, I like my Daedric longbow and Hopesfire and Trueflame (from Tribunal) I usually have Vivec use Trueflame and I take Hopesfire.
Keening is a nice looking weapon as well, though I'm not particularly proficient with short blade.....
Oh and the Daedric Crescent!

If you go for head of legion position (knight of something or other), you'll get the Chrysamere back.
I did, but then sold it to the museum.
Dammit, must get that museum list done for Striker's site.

My favorite is Merunes' Razor. My current character is a short blade specialist and he is a total bad-ass with it.
I had another character who had a short blade called Souldrinker. It casts Soul Trap when it strikes. I went a little overboard with it and ended up with 50-or-so petty gems filled with Kagouti souls. I couldn't use them all so I sold them for a nice profit.
[edit] Oh I almost forgot another weapon I was perversely fond of: The Fork of Horripulation. Eat eat eat!! I wish I kept it. :cheeky:

The museum lady doesn't give me an option to sell things to her... any ideas?
Well, she has the blue link that says "sell something" or words to that effect but nothing happens....

You must be carrying the item she wants to buy. This activates her offer of purchase.
Afterwards, if you don't sell the item to her but no longer have it on you when you next speak to her, the item will still appear in the list of topics. If you offer to sell it then, she tells you she'll talk to you when you bring it back.
I really AM going to do that museum item list! Honest!

The Museum is in Gods Reach in Mournhold. They currently only have one item - Stendarr's Hammer. You COULD steal itm, but it does weigh 1000 pounds(?)!!!
You can sell unique items you find to the Museum for about half the actual price, or 30,000, which ever is less.
