What is this first steam store screenshot?

This is the first screenshot on the Thief 2 Steam store page. This location is nowhere in the game.
Does anybody know what this is about, I did a search and found nothing.

If I was to fathom a guess, an early version of First City Bank and Trust, especially considering the guards are T1 models. Must have put it in by accident and weren't paying full attention after googling "Thief 2 screenshots".

Yea, I agree, the steam store pages for the Thief games seem lazily designed. They do not even have the official trailer on there.
