I have 9 pages of maps for my mission "A Tough Night" in the intrface\miss20\english folder still the game only can see 7 of them. The pages page007.png and page008.png are not displayed by the game. Is there a way to fix that?

Yes. You have map_max_page set to 6 in the mission. You would have to simply reset the maximum to 8.
