the best weapon i have ever used is a Deadric Dai-katana with a 57 points Damage Health enchantment and a 1000 point charge. Every other weapon enchantment combo just seems like a waste of time.
Golden Saints/Ascended sleepers die in 1 to 3 hits.
Also for people who complain about how they cant use a shield with two handed weapons...you can still equip both at the same time and receive the bonus for the extra armor and enchantments on the shield, but you cant block. With a sword like this though blocking isnt really an issue.

Black hands dagger. Blind/poison (Only has a couple charges but one hit kills)
Daerdic Short Sword enchanted with absorb health 40pts on touch. This is by far my favorite it pretty much hacks everything.
