Im wanting to be an necro in Morrowind Since i am one in EQ ( EverQuest) Any help will do great. As in what skills to pick and so forth thanks

You'll have to keep it secret from a lot of people :D
Race: Breton or High Elf. Breton has a better bonus for conjuration, and they look cooler ;)
Sign: The Ritual
Specialisation: Magic
Favoured Attributes: Intelligence, Willpower
Major Skills: Conjuration, Mysticism are the ones you want for necromancy. Alchemy might be good. Personally, I'd then take Illusion and Alteration for general magey goodness, but an evil necromancer would probably be better off with Destruction.
Minor Skills: Acrobatics, Short Blade/Long Blade on preference, one of the magic schools mentioned above that you didn't take, Speechcraft, and one other school of magic or combat to taste.
