To answer your question seriously it there would be a matter of being realistic in terms of cash.
Of course all TTLGers would be wanting PCs in their own flat/room (I'm thinking the place would be split into flats with self-contained components), a few games/tv rooms with all the consoles and hella sofas, and some LAN room too.
Then there would have to be a gym, a few bars, a few kitchens with one SERIOUS kitchen for the biiiiig cook offs. How much parking space would you need altogether? Masses. I'd need 2 spaces, one for the day car one for the porsche. We'd need one pool that is pee-free, one for the freaks.
People need too much different stuff.
Can you imagine the internet connection we'd need? :wot:
