np :)
What's this "secret room" in the MJ12 nanotech lab? It sounds familiar, but I can't recall precisely where it is...

I am also not sure about some of the places that you describe... :)
The Alternative Entrance to Osgood & Sons
Do you mean the window in the park south of the 'Ton, or once inside the two possible paths (either through the basement and the traps, or via the roofs and the human guards)?
The Secret Area of the NSF Headquarters
I am feeling blind now... first of, do you mean the mission where you have to align the satellite dishes and send the NSF distress signal? I found a basement key there (womens' toilet), but never found a door for it. Things like that make me feel uneasy. ;)
The Fisherman's House
The one in the Canal Road in Hong Kong?
The Secret "Room" in the MJ12 Nanotech Lab
What averroes said. (The area with the greasel and the 2 combat supply crates, behind the venting shaft grate in the wall?)
I was finding more and more goodies during my replays. Examples... behind the Comm Van near the helipad (UNATCO HQ) is almost always some nice stuff, including a key for the locker infront of the comm van.
Or I only recently found the stash of goodies behind the advertising sign in Tonnochi Road (you normally drop down on it on the way back down from Jock's apartment, unless you prefer breaking both legs.)
And other stuff, all over the place. I did not find Manderley's reload mod for a very long time (3rd visit in the HQ.) :)

I think he's referring to the helipad HQ, with the secret room you can open with the pinball.

And why (and how) would people put military supplies in the vent shafts? :p Have you noticed the crates are bigger than the grates?

Nope. I'm referring to the area which Paul mentioned contained "proof" of the UNATCO conspiracy. The entrance is hidden on the first floor of the base (on top of it is a white crosshair). It can only be unlocked through the computer on the 2nd or 3rd floor and the area is heavily rigged with traps.
OSGOOD & SONS
Yeah I'm referring to the window leading to the rigged basement.
SECRET NANOTECH LAB
Yup. That's the one. The one with the greasel and 2 crates.
FISHERMAN'S HOUSE
Yeah the one in canal road.
Oh and where is Jock's apartment?
Moritura on 20/5/2003 at 17:59
Jock's appartment is the top floor of the building opposite Queen's in Hong Kong, where you first make contact with Maggie Chow. Accessible by getting the nano-key from Tong's HQ or by jumping from the roof of MC's appartment (although you might need the speed aug to soften the landing and not die).
Naartjie on 20/5/2003 at 19:24
Once you've cased Jock's plae, you can make your way down to the street below with roof jumping and liberal use of the canopies overlooking one of the shop fronts.

sheesh i thought my amazon.com order came in huge boxes...but in the world of Deus Ex people package single items the size of drinking straws in crates that are about 2 feet square. :cheeky:

I think an easier way to deal with Anna with less fear of accidentally killing her, is to just throw a LAM toward her.
Am I missing something, or is there a good reason NOT to kill Anna? I find I just can't resist the temptation, myself.
And for whatever it's worth, I find the most enjoyable way to frost Anna is to place a LAM inside the door of Juan Lebedev's private quarters on his jet as you go in the room. I can't claim any credit for this one since I think I read it in Denton's Databank or another walkthrough, but for my money it's more fun than the kill-phrase or using firepower later. Sure, Manderley questions you about it, but as I recall you still get your ops bonus as well as a little extra job satisfaction. :ebil:

Just a couple os sniper shots to the head and she goes down. No big deal ;)
