Which one is the one with Jennifer Aniston in a golden bikini? I think that one is the best.

Nah, she got the hair wrong. Doesn't work for me.

Carrie Fisher wore it better.
Rachel was hot, but not in this.

As a Disney+ subscriber and a fan of the MCU I decided to watch WandaVision. ...I forgot how much I dislike sitcom tropes. Even when they're amusing they just make me feel incredibly uncomfortable.

I'm 2/3 in on A Suitable Boy and I'm absolutely delighted so far. It's turning out to be a great adaptation, and I feel like I've been reconnecting with some dear old friends... I love this.

It captures everything that made the novel so special, condensed of course given the format: the fine thread of Lata's mother's quest for a suitable boy for her daughter is an excuse to explore all the intricacies of 1951 India... The photography and acting, and all the production really, are beautifully done. One great advantage over the book is that the show can do languages and songs, which pulls you in a great deal, for example like when Maan gets smitten by Saeeda Bai's ghazals. And just like the book, it's a piece of work that stays with you long after the credits roll.
Wholeheartedly recommended.
